About This Project

Interior faux finishes in a custom home in Rancho Cielo Estates, CA.

Most homes we do will consist of a soft faux finish on walls, with an emphasis in rooms such as the dining room, kitchen and bathrooms.

The common area walls here,  were given a faux finish with a soft wall wash in warm neutral colors.   We accentuated the dining room ceiling with a 3 color red glaze and crackled, aged, crown finish with a custom stencil in a scroll motif.

In the powder bathroom we applied a metallic, plaster by Modern Masters.  The technique we used is a hand troweled method, similar to venetian plaster but no polishing is necessary.  It is a timeless finish that is elegant, luminous and shimmering.
